You can buy SmashTunes in the App Store, cause that's where it's at now. In case you see this page you've probably downloaded an old trial version. In order to keep using SmashTunes do the following:
- Stop SmashTunes
- Trash SmashTunes
- Go the the App Store, and download SmashTunes from there
